Responding to international trends and opportunities, ICI Solutions is a recently established international capital investment firm developed by experienced entrepreneurial leaders in the real estate industry to provide the international investor the comprehensive solution to identify the best investment opportunities in the New York metropolitan area.
Our collective experience of forty years in the New York market has given us a unique and highly qualified knowledge and prospective on how to best navigate and exceed the expectations and requirements of our investors while generating the highest returns possible.
Our global consulting team consists of licensed real estate professionals, certified accountants, real estate attorneys specializing in international tax law, investment bankers, and financial planners who help us assist you to achieve all your financial goals.
ICI’s wide array of real estate services include; identifying investment properties, analyzing the financial aspects, creating marketing strategies to maximize income streams of investment properties, providing management services for those absentee investors and providing any additional professional services required.
ICI also offers a wide range of investment products that seek to preserve capital while yielding high investment returns. ICI’s Advantage is through our strong relationships with major developers and our affiliated partnerships which allow us the opportunity to give our investors (the inside time sensitive opportunities track) on non publicized hot real estate deals but, also the opportunity to invest monies in our financial products. We have many investment opportunities for our clientele to invest in private equity funds ranging from $500K to $100MM.
With market conditions changing due to the sub-prime market fall out, out of proportion the favorable of currency exchange rates of international countries compared to the U.S. Dollar, ICI feels strongly that the international investor should diversify their portfolio by placing monies here in the United States in either financial products or in real estate investments. In the spring of 2008, we are planning to launch our own Private Equity Fund to raise 100K to invest in real estate transactions that provide capital preservation in down and volatile markets, participation in up markets and provide attractive returns over time.
